Tender Pork Tenderloin Stir-Fry Recipe
Ready in 30 minutes | Serves 4

Ingredients
1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced into strips
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon sesame oil (or vegetable oil)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 small onion, sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons water (if needed to loosen sauce)
Cooked rice, for serving
Optional: sesame seeds or green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sliced pork tenderloin with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10–15 minutes.

  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  3. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  4. Add the marinated pork tenderloin and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until browned and cooked through.

  5. Add sliced vegetables and stir-fry for another 3–5 minutes until crisp-tender.

  6. If the stir-fry looks too dry, splash in 1–2 tablespoons of water and stir to combine.

  7. Serve hot over steamed rice and garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.
