Tender Pork Tenderloin Stir-Fry Recipe
Ready in 30 minutes | Serves 4
Ingredients
1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced into strips
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon sesame oil (or vegetable oil)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 small onion, sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons water (if needed to loosen sauce)
Cooked rice, for serving
Optional: sesame seeds or green onions for garnish
Instructions
-
In a bowl, combine sliced pork tenderloin with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10–15 minutes.
-
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
-
Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
-
Add the marinated pork tenderloin and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
-
Add sliced vegetables and stir-fry for another 3–5 minutes until crisp-tender.
-
If the stir-fry looks too dry, splash in 1–2 tablespoons of water and stir to combine.
-
Serve hot over steamed rice and garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.
