Shipping Information

We offer 1-2 days delivery, shipping Monday through Thursday from our fulfillment center in Illinois. For delivery zones requiring more than 1 day, the cutoff for shipping is Wednesday. All items are shipped frozen and should be placed in freezer upon receipt.

Cooking Recommendations for Steakhouse Chops (Bone-in Chops with Tenderloin Medallion)

Sear Ex Libris Farm’s “Steakhouse Chops” in a hot skillet with a splash of oil over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side to achieve a golden crust.
